Selecting the Right Buckle
- One-Pin Side Release Buckle: This type is designed to replace closures commonly found on top-loading backpacks, daypacks, messenger bags, PFDs, and bike bags. It features one fixed end and one ladderlock end, enabling a webbing strap to be threaded through for easy tightening or loosening.
- Two-Pin Side Release Buckle: This version provides a direct replacement for non-adjustable buckles typically used on dry bag closures and certain backpack waist belts. It does not offer adjustability.
