The fourteen guy attachment points follow Wilderness Equipment's original design tear-drop shape providing considerably better strength than common triangular reinforcement patches. The guy attachments are single-layer Hypalon fabric (so no pouches) and they are fitted with Acetal rings to dissipate the stress at the guy cord loop. Because of its large area the XL size is provided with doubled shock cord loops on all these Acetal rings.
